RUNNING: NORTH-BALTIC SEA ULTRA RUN
On 26th May 2018, I accomplished the biggest running challenge of my life. I ran the width of my home state Schleswig-Holstein in Germany. That means I ran 55 kilometers (approximately 35 miles) from the shore of the North Sea to the shore of the Baltic Sea. That's also why I called it North- Baltic Sea Ultra Run (#NBSUltra). [...]

BICYCLE TOURING: EXPEDITION1000GER
In August 2017 I undertook a 1.000+ km solo bicycle trip spanning the length of Germany from the mountains in the south of Germany to my hometown Flensburg and the flat lands at the northern end of Germany.

The name 'Expedition1000GER' described the goal of the challenge to cycle the approximate length of Germany (1.000km) and explore places alongside this path. [...]
